Ok, here we go, is if Retarded Japanese Wrestling wasnt enough, here we have Tard Spasms.. Im not really sure what exactly to make of this Disc and have thought twice about putting on the site.. but hell If companies can release Come Dancing.. why not offer this? Just over an hours worth of Retarded, Handicapped and Spastic folk boogeyin the nights away to some Hard Rock. Quality is a little rough, but lets face it stuff like this doesnt usually come any other way.
