During the time of inquisition, Count Orloff gets killed on the orders of the Holy Church. Monks drive a stake through his chest and bury him at the Pantheon of the damned. Madame Kostoff, who has changed into a black panther, observes the scene, and conjures the corpse at the cemetery by mystical rites. 300 years later, Madame Kostoff unloads the coffin, in which Baron Von Helsing lies, the son of Count Orloff.

At night, he prowls the country, and sinks his vampire teeth into the veins of very young girls and cheerful widows. Father Juan and Dr. Ramiro Fuentes discover a prophecy in old documents, saying that Count Orloff will rise again from the dead after 300 years. On a pale full moon night, they fight with garlic, holy water and crucifixes against the Kostoff witch and the bloodthirsty Baron Von Helsing. Together they finally rid the world of - hopefully - these dreadful nightmares.
