| Email is probably the prefered method of contact and the quickest way to get a response (other than a phone call). Im working flat out on your orders all day every day 6 days week and check emails regularly.If you do email me for whatever reason you should recieve a response at least within the same day if not within a few hours of recieving it. | If you really really need to speak to someone about some questions you have or have questions about your order / payment method feel free to call me any time Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm EST (North American Eastern Standard Time). I am unavailable for telephone conversation during the weekend or before 10am / after 4pm. Please only call if you really feel the need to. The more calls I get means the less time to do everything else.. So please remember this.
