The end of August/ beginning of September will see a nice batch of new additions. We’re probably looking at 100 or so all told from a wide variety of genres. A few will have boxart, most wont just yet.

By the end of August I hope to have:

• Gone through all the 3D titles and double checked the Anaglyph vs Field Sequential. - Complete
• Have another batch of 50 or so clips and previews up
• Gone through the entire site checking official release availability on most of the catalog making deletions where required. - Complete
• Corrected any errors that are reported since the sites design/layout update.

Well I must admit I though the days of recieving Bogus orders with “Pirate!” all over it were long gone, then wow, the day I update the site I get a bogus order with just that! From a “mr wank me” who apprently lives as a pirate in Vietnam..  Some Dude (or Dudette even?) from the UK by all accounts.

I mean please why bother wasting your time or mine? Is that really meant to get me going, scare me into submission or what? Am I pirate? Am I bootlegger? Definition defers from person to person, but I dont think so. If it wasnt for sites like rezarected, many of us would never have some of the treasured movies we do have in our collections. Do I sell latest Hollwood films or Bootleg Proper DVD releases? No I Dont. certainly not intentionally if I have.

So I say to people like Mr Wank me from Vietnam (UK) if you put as much effort into just clicking the “DVD Release notificiation link” found on EVERY movie description page and sending the email to me rather than wasting your time filling in the order details with crap, it would do us all a favour and would make rezarected a better place.

I guess some people have more hours in the day than brain cells in their skulls…

Theres quite a few new titles that have been introduced, although may not appear on the page as “new additions”, namely approx 50 movies and 100 TV shows & Unaired Pilots. Im sure some of them may have releases by now (its taken me that long to get them on the site!), so if you see anything that you know has had a release, please for the love of God, Hit that “Notify of DVD release link” and tell me.

From memory, most of the new movies and TV shows do not have North American DVD release, however as Rezarected does not want to be offering any show or movie that you can buy commercially on DVD from anywhere on the planet (not just the U.S.), I again urge you to have a browse through, perhaps make a list if you like and email the removals and deletions list to greatdvds@rezarected.net - I’ll be sure to look at it and make the relevant deletions required. As you will have realise by now the rezarected website has been updated with a whole new design and slightly different layout structure. Personall I loved the old design, however as more and more collectors are visiting the site and making orders that are not specifically horror or cult based, so Ive tried to keep things as dark as possible (for those into horror and cult) whilst giving some brightness for those that are not..

After all Rezarected is so much more than just another avenue for rare and unreleased on DVD movies. I try to cater for everyone, every Collector, every taste.

Paypal is once again available as a payment method. Be sure to read everything in the payment instructions page that is displayed after submitting your order (after chosing a payment method). How long this method lasts really depends on those that use it and wether everyone adheres to the instructions given or not.

This really is the last time I offer to accept paypal. In all honesty I am seriously fedup with them, but many of you have requested it back so I have done what I can. If this one gets closed then that will be the end of paypal payments for good.

Finally, at long last (its only taken 4 bloody weeks!) everything is now sorted and Visa/ Mastercard & Visa Debit can now be used through the site without requiring registration. Im not sure wether to keep Alertpay running or not, what do you think? Should I keep it or just use the new merchant account for processing cards? Do let me know your thoughts on this and/or anything else. You dont need to register through the blog to leave a comment.

I’ll soon be able to take telephone orders and payments, for those of you who still feel a bit worried about using cards online! I’ll update here when telephone option is available.
